Q. How long will my order take?
Order lead times vary by product, as follows:
- Spaceright Dining Tables – generally delivered within 4 weeks.
- Spaceright Display & Presentation Products – lead time is 5-10 days depending on the product. Personalised products are 4 weeks (please note, these are non-returnable).
- Millhouse Products – generally delivered within 3 weeks of order date. Project orders are delivered on a mutually agreed date depending on requirements. Any products with a longer lead time will be advised at point of order.
- Edtech Products – generally delivered within 14 working days.
- Inspirational Playgrounds Products – generally delivered within 14 working days. Personalised products may take longer.
Q. How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over £99 (exl VAT).
Orders under £99 (exl VAT) have a £7.00 exl VAT delivery charge.
For Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, a surcharge will apply and we will contact you to discuss before despatching your order.
