Comply fully to FR standard Class D as a composite noticeboard.
Voptical standard BS2782-351. 7 standard colour choices as colour chart. All but the two largest sizes can be fixed either “portrait” style or “landscape”. Internal clearance 22mm.

Extensive Choice
Spaceright Europe Ltd noticeboards are offered in a range of 7 standard colours and cork surface. Attractive and practical ‘corded hessian-style’ finishes can be used with pins, staples or velcro stickers. Frames may be satin silver anodised aluminium, traditional timber effect, or durable, colour co-ordinated or contrasting uPVC. Fully fire retardant aluminium framed Corridor Boards for public buildings and corridors used as fire escape routes, or Tamperproof and Lockable Noticeboards, for less sensitive areas, are fitted with polycarbonate or acrylic hinged and locking covers for extra protection.

Noticeboards and Fire Protection
Building Regulations require Class B and Class C wall coverings to be used in large rooms, unsupervised areas or fire escape routes in institutions and public buildings. Department of Education and Science Building Bulletin No. 7 entitled ”FIRE and the design of educational buildings”, Para.95, states “Protected stairways, protected corridors and protected lobbies (i.e. fire escape routes) shall have Class B wall and ceiling surfaces.” In other areas, such as large rooms or circulation areas having alternative means of escape, it is stated that up to 20% of surfaces may have Class C finishes “but must include all display boards”.

Flambord PLAIN
Plain Flambord core can be supplied, uncovered, with cut or bevelled edges in 9.5mm thickness or with standard satin silver anodised aluminiumframe with rounded safety corners and concealed corner fixings.

ALTERNATIVE FINISHES FOR FLAMBORD
Flame retardant Flambord core can be used with textiles applied to customer specification to match furnishing schemes such as Glenside, Camborne, Hartley etc., from companies such as Interface and Hartley Hemisphere.

ALTERNATIVE FRAMES
Spaceright Europe Ltd Flambord core noticeboards where required can be supplied with luxury timber effect frames in Oak finish, Pine finish or Mahogany finish.
