Delivery
UK delivery is free on orders over £99.00 (exl. VAT).
For orders under £99.00 (exl. VAT) a £10.00 (exl. VAT) delivery charge will apply.
For Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, a surcharge will apply, and we will contact you to discuss before despatching your order.
Prices shown on the website all exclude VAT.
Standard lead time varies by product from 2 days to 4 weeks.
Returns
We hope you are pleased with your Spaceright products, however, should you wish to return a product, please contact the Customer Service team on 01236 853 120 (9am - 5pm) or email: sales@spacerighteurope.com for a Return Authorisation Reference and shipping instructions.
All return requests must be made within 7 working days from receipt of the goods.
A restocking charge of 20% of the value of goods will apply, with a minimum charge of £25 plus return shipping costs. Mobile Folding Table have a fixed return charge of £267 (exl. VAT) per table.
Orders of a bespoke nature cannot be returned.
The following conditions must be met for returns:
1. goods must be unused;
2. in a resalable condition;
3. wrapped in the original packaging or packaging that offers the same protection.
Damage
Should your order arrive damaged, please report it to our Customer Service Team on 01236 853 120 or email: sales@spacerighteurope.com within 2 working days from receipt of the goods.
